held pay possible termination instead of resignation

hi legal counsel, pls help.
i was diagnosed to possibly have TB infection during my last hospital confinement.
i resigned because i was alarmed if im contageous or not. my letter was dated feb 26, originally with notice of work until mar6 then to have a terminal leave until mar22. now my mgr adjusted it on my letter to be mar12 and terminal leave until 26th.

iconsulted a doctor routed to a specialist which had me under a series of test. that advised me not to go to work, friday the dr gave me a medical cert saying im still on tsts until further notice i went to the company clinic and submit it. then i advsd my mgr.

march 15 my pay was on hold, mar 27now i went to hr to process clearance. they said there was no resignation. and i was sent a return to work. whch i ddnt recv.

pls advise how can i get my benefits and last pay. my medication was delayd cause i ddnt have money T-T

Do you have a copy of the resignation letter that was approved?

nope, my manager has the only copy T_T

So clarify the matter with HR and your manager. Find that letter.

Next time you should have a receiving copy of the approved resignation letter.

what if they decided not to grant me the terminal leave? is there anything i can do bout it?
