Hi Everyone,

Let's say I am resigning immediately (1-week notice).

My manager is threatening me that she will tag me as 'Terminated' instead of 'Resigned'.

Is this lawful?

Yes, if you do not comply with the minimum required advice which is normally 30 days.

Hello. Related Query...

What if the company ( c/o HR) allow a regular employee to resign immediately (1day), that is, as soon as the submission of the resignation letter instantly w/out further notice?

Is this lawful ?

Thanks .
