ano po ang pagkakaiba ng resignation and termination ng employee? kapag po ba voluntary resignation, entitle po ba sya ng separation pay?
pano po kung ang isang empleyado ay nag-AWOL, tapos after ilang araw ng file ng resignation, entitle pa rin po ba sya sa na makuha ng 100% ang benefits nya?

Kung merong separation benefit sa company nyo pag nag resign, then makukuha mo yun.

pag teminated ka with just cause di required ang employer to give you a separation pay. its company's discretion na kung bibigyan ka nila ng separation pay. on the other side, kung terminated ka for authorize cause dun required si employer na magbigay ng separation pay.
