Magandang Araw,

Tanong ko lang po, ano po maganda gawin kung ang employer mo ay bigla nalng po kayong hindi pinapasok sa company dahil sa personal issue/problems?
After nun hindi din po binigay ng company ang slary, 13th month pay and yung other benefits dapat ng employee

Ano din po ang gagawin after 6months of dismisal ay biglang mgbibigay ng letter from attorney yung company saying na may kinuha daw itong amount ng money?

Nabigyan ka ba ng termination letter?

Pwede kang magsampa ng reklamo sa DOLE.

thru txt lang ang pag inform sa akin about dun sa termination.

Unfortunately po, dinilete ko na lahat ng mga conversation namin last year.

Hindi na din po kasi ako naghabol since may nahanap na po ako na work.

Ngayon po kasi bigla sila ng sent ng letter from their attorney's accusing me that I stole money from their office.
