In Manila, my father is driving a 10 wheeler truck. Then a car hit him.
Since the truck has no damages, my father went on driving para hindi maperwisyo ang byahe. One day the driver of the car (Who hit the truck) texted us and said we should pay for the damages of their car which is 64,000 php. Nagulat si Papa kc siya n nga ang binangga siya pa ang dinemanda. I want to seek help about this. My father will go to the hearing on March 14 this week. We are from Baguio City and we don't know what to do about the case. please Please help us :'(
