Public school teacher po ako, 9 months na po akong regular na T1, tanong ko lang po, bakit dumuble yong deduction ng withholding tax ko sa January at February,? May W/tax po ba ang December at ang 13th month nang teachers?

panong dumoble? yes may withholding tax ang lahat nang income.. ang 13th month pag lumagpas nang 30T eh taxable yung excess.

Dapat by year-end adjusted na ang tax mo for 2013.

If 9 months ka pa lang as teacher dyan, then 7 months ka lang dun for 2013 and in effect mas mababa talaga ang tax mo. And baka nag-adjust ang tax for 2014 to compute actual and annualized.

Wala nang HoF na tax exemption ngayon.

Pare-pareho ang exemption pag walang anak.

Estimated withholding tax every 15 days is around 1,276.88, wala pa dyan ang SSS or GSIS, Philhealth, PAGIBIG so pwede pa bumaba ng konti. So mga 2k+ per month ang labas.

kaya lumaki yan eh baka may adjustment for 2013.. baka tax deficit ka.. kaya ni adjust.. ask them for your 2316 and add your tax withheld sa pasylip mo.. check kung pareho..
