Arresto Menor

Hi Atty, I was hire last January 20 2014, my withholding tax was only deducted on february. I am exoecting that I will have a tax refund since i didnt completed the year. Am I correct? We ask the payroll for the ITR but they told us that it will only be available on march.

Please advise. Thank you

Halos wala kang tax refund kunsakali kasi halos nakumpleto mo ang buong taon.

Mahirap mag compute kung walang info tungkol sa sweldo at tax.
