We are a Contractor..inaaayos ko po ang mga papeles (change of status) Regularization ng mga naka-1 year na employee namin ...1st time kong gawin ito so please help me... I just wanna ask kung tama at may basehan sa ating L.C. kung dapat bang bigyan ng BEREAVEMENT leave ang mga workers ...eh ang binabayaran lang ng Client namin ay 5 days SIL nila....sana po ay matulungan hyo ako

company prerogative yan.. so itanong mo sa boss mo kung gusto nya magbigay o hindi.. wala yan sa labor code.

eh how about paternity leave? Kami po ba ang magbabayad nito o yung client namin kung saan nagtatrabho ang worker namin?

Additional query, ok lang po ba kung 5 SIL or VL ang ibigay namin sa workers (yun lang po kasi ang china-charge sa client / employer namin... Ilan at ano po bang mga leave with pay na dapat ibigay sa contractor-regular employees na allowed ng ating batas? Please help naman po

yung paternity leave required by law yun..

yung leave, 5 Service Incentive Leaves lang ang sinasabi nang labor code.. pero you can give more..

Thanks po sa sagot nyo Sir/Mam... about naman po sa Violation... example : last year September 2013 nagviolate sya ng tardiness (1st offense) / tapos po this month Feb.2014 same po ang violation nya (2nd offense) po ba yun or marereset uli sa 1st offense?

usually sa mga companies may quashing na tinatawag sa mga offense.. dapat gawan nyo nang company rule book.. mag decide kayo kung 1 year reset to zero. Yung iba 6 months lang reset to zero na.. yung iba naman walang quashing.. so depende sa inyo yan.

Good evening po! I have an important query re: tripartite employment; we are the Contract, in case of termination of contract of the Principal (Our Client) what are our options with regard to our employee ...what will happen to them?
