Good day,
I am a call center agent and started 2/27/12, my dad died 4/19/12 while I am in certification period, still part of training. HR told me that I will not get Bereavement credits for the days that I was gone, I would like to know if there is a law that covers non- regular employees to be given leave credits with pay.
