And what do you mean by written notice? Do i need to have it on paper or email is sufficient?

If sending an email, ok lang ba yun as written notice at least may proof na sinend sa email nya di tulad ng paper baka mawala lang.
Ano pwede ikaso sa di pagbayad ng below minimum?
