Hi mga sir, ask ko lang po what if I submit my resignation and my employer reject it, can I still leave the company after rendering 30 days? May kaso po ba ako or parusa kapag pinagpatuloy ko resignation ko kahit nireject ng boss ko. Thank you po

And what do you mean by written notice? Do i need to have it on paper or email is sufficient?

Why did your boss reject the resignation?

Generally they should accept the resignation and you must comply with the 30-day notice period. Di ka na nila pwede habulin o kasuhan for that.

Wala ka naman sigurong pending na kaso as of now?

Written notice - actual physical letter is better where they can sign off and you can retain a copy as proof that you did serve proper notice.

He reject it kasi ako lang yung magaling sa company. Hindi na ako nag ask ng salary kasi mga dating employer ni isa hindi tinataasan. Kaya asa pa ako. Wala ako kaso sa company. Mukhang sya pa nga kasi below minimum salary ko then yung iba minimum.

daily rate ko is 462.00 walang COLA. Then yung iba daiyl rate is 451.00 plus 15.00 COLA. Ayos ang boss ko noh?

If sending an email, ok lang ba yun as written notice at least may proof na sinend sa email nya di tulad ng paper baka mawala lang.

Ano pwede ikaso sa di pagbayad ng below minimum?

Minimum wage is 466 kasama na Cola - so pasok ka na halos, barya na lang kulang so i-request mo na yun. And di mo pwedeng sabihin na mas mataas pa ang iba. hindi pinaguusapan sila kung gusto sila bigyan ng ibang sweldo as long as 466 din naman ang nakukuha. so ilaban mo na lang ang kulang mo.

Kung magaling ka as sabi ng boss mo then taasan nila ang sweldo mo o tanggapin ang resignation. Pero papel pa din ang importante.

As in service ng notice - ang tinitingnan ay ang proof kung natanggap nila ang sulat, hindi kung mapatunayan mo na napadala mo na.

Thanks po. Actually nagreply sya so that means he read it na. Pagpapel kasi maaring di tanggapin ot hindi pirmahan. That is why I email it to have a proof para pagnagreply may ebidensya ako. Ok na yung ganito right, nagreply naman sya?

As I said malabo ng tumaas ang sahod. Kaya di naggrogrow ang company na ito. Kaya better to resign ako kaysa mag AWOL.

They can not hold you if you render 30 days notice. After that you are free to go. They can only hold you if you have a pending case.
