legal ba ang floating status o temporary lay off? company is continually hiring.. pero yung mga dati nilang employees until now wala pa din work.. and the other question is dapat bang paid?

baka kasi ibang account yung ni hi hire nila.. floating status is being abused by BPOs... it's unpaid and should not last for 6 months.

did they interview you or give you any tests or assessment para malaman kung qualified kayo sa bagong account?

meron bang pinapirmahan sa inyo na document regarding your floating status? maybe you could share the text here so we can make a better comment on your situation.

wala namang pinapirmahan.. everything was verbal actually sabi nila nung jan 6 p balik namin s work then naging 8 then naging 20 until now wala pang balita..

You may wish to eventually consult DOLE since there is no proof or agreement for this floating status.
