5 years na po kaming residente sa aming komunidad (3,000+ residents) simula ng ito ay magawa ng developer at updated po ang karamihan sa pagbabayad ng water services dahil pag umabot po ng 2 months ididisconnect na.
Last december meron po nakasamang slip sa SOA na:

Effective on the first billing schedule of 2014, the management shall require payment of a SECURITY DEPOSIT from every water consumer in the amount of P500. This is in view of the number of consumers who, after having accumulated arrears, simply and unmindfully leave and abandon their meters in gross prejudice of the company. Kindly be reminded that NO SECURITY DEPOSIT was required during the water connection period as a matter of consideration and expeditious process of installation.

1. Tama po ba na ngayon lang sila maniningil ng "Security deposit"?
2. Kung updated naman po ang account bakit pa nila kailangan maningil ng security deposit?
3. Saan po pwede magbasa ng batas tungkol sa issue na to something for consumer welfare?
