Hi, I need legal advice. Insurance beneficiary of the deceased member is a minor. The company said that the check would be payable to the beneficiary only, but since he still a minor, the mother who is the legal guardian should submit a copy of a court issued order or judicial bond. Please help, what are the requirements needed in order to file? What are the processes and what exactly is judicial bond? Are there any other options? Thank you very much.
