hello po, ask ko lang po kasi may eldest brother ako na nag benta ng undevided property. then na found out din po namin na, may pinagawa syang deed of sale na benenta ng mother namin ang lupa na yon sa kanya noong 2009 sa halagang 10 thousand pesos, namatay po si mama 2012, pero talaga po hindi pumipirma yon kasi galit sa kapatid ko dahil puro pangbenta ang ginagawa. 3 po kami mag kakapatid, kaming dalawa ng 2nd at ako ay nag file adverse claim sa ROD. ask ko lang po matagal po ba matapos ang judicial partition po pag sa court na? at lalo na meron syang deed of sale daw. makaka apekto po ba yon sa pag judicial partition? sa ROD po clear ang title nag file po ako ng for annotation. kaya lang 10 to 20 days daw po ang release.sa assessor po nag pa annotate din po ako. depende ung jud partisyun sa mga dokumnto na ilalabas. para sa akin ganyan din ang nangyari sa aming pamelya, nag kaso kami ng anulment nung bentahan with recoveri of possession wid dmages..
