Good day

I need some advice regarding the 2months deposit 1month advance refund.
We stayed on that apartment since feb 2010 nkpgbgy nmn kme ng fullpayment. Sept 28 2013 lumipat na ako sa ibang apartment and i paid already for the sept. Month since every 10th of the month ang bayaran nmn. In my understanding from sept 10 covered nun is till oct. 10 i decided to transfer nga ng mas maaga to avoid paying for the oct month
Kung for example ba lumipat ako nung feb.

Hi,

Im no lawyer, pero I'd like to share my experience.

Sa pagkakaintindi ko, yes, tama ka, in saying na nagamit na yung 1 month advance mo, sa scenario mo na if you moved in on feb 10.

Advances are to cover your monthly rent, and this is like "bayad muna bago tira".
So when you moved-in on Feb, covered ka 'till March.

Deposits naman are supposed to cover damages (if any), unpaid utilities, etc.
Sa iba, pwede mo din magamit yung 1 month dun (if 2 months deposit) to cover for your last month of stay.

I hope I helped you have a little peace of mind. Smile
