I will do some fashion photography (not nude) around Manila. Most of the models are 18+ years
but a couple are 16 and 17.

I need a model release signature. Must they be 18+ to enter that agreement (if so, according to what law?).

Also at 16 or 17 yrs does a legal guardian have to be present during the photoshoot?
If so, what constitutes a legal guardian in the Philippines? Do they need a notorized form from the government?

it's really their parents who can represent them. a legal guardian requires an assignment as such from a court.
