Help pls... possible po ba na mag sign kmi ng panibagong application form na galing sa company namin? At magbigay ng mga requirements namin gaya ng brgy clearance, police clearance at nbi? Gayong almost 14yrs na kami regular? Ang dahilan nila malabo na daw yun dati namin application?

Wala nga po, ang hindi lng maganda ay pde dw po namin ikatanggal kung may mali sa detalyeng ibibigay namin? Dahil pagsisinungaling daw po iyon. Eh ayaw naman po nila ibalik o ipakita man lang yung lumang files namin.

It is okay to submit new clearances.

As to application form, request for a copy of your old application form so you can use it as reference in accomplishing the new application form.

Make sure the new application will a)follow the  terms and date of your old application and b) indicate that your are accomplishing the new form to make a copy the old application.
