Arresto Menor

Is it indicated int he Philippine Labor Code as to when we're supposed to get the severance / separation check of an employee. (Or how long we're supposed to receive it)

My case: My contract with the previous company ended effective end of September. I was redundiated because the program closed.

usually it depends on the clearance period or process of the company.. kung cleared ka na then follow up mo lang.. in some companies it takes months.. lalo na don sa malalaking companies.
