Kindly advise on this please.
My brother has been sending numerous SMS asking for money. Minsan pag feeling ko valid naman ang reason binibigyan ko. But recently, hindi ko na binigyan dahil hindi naman na totoo ang rason nya. That's when he started sending threats. Nanakawan nya daw kami. Bahala na daw magkagulo dahil madamot daw ako.
He is already 33 years old. No work.
I have already reported him to our baranggay and if he does cause some trouble, I intend to ask for the help of the police. What other legal remedy can I do regarding this?
