Arresto Menor

Hi I am new on this site and need some advice. What can I do to protect myself from a lender who has been harassing me during work? She always cursed me during conversation and even threatened to call the office where I am presently connected and would likewise proceed here to destroy my reputation. I did ask her for the restructuring of my loan since right now I am having problems with my financials but denied this.

as a lawyer to my clients, i normally step in between and start absorbing all the communication. i normally meet such threats with threats of my own, but i keep trying to remain courteous.
