Dear Attorney,

I need your legal advice re an executed SPA by 10 principals given to one representative to sell a property. It was executed last January 2012 and it was revoked by three (3) principals last August 2012. What will happen to the entire SPA? Will the entire SPA be considered void because of the revocation filed by 3 principals? Or the SPA is still valid for the remaining principals and can still be used for transactions re the selling of a property?

Your legal advice will be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
