Hi po,

I have been 3 years in the company and in the last 2 years 2011 and 2012 nakakatanggap ako ng annual increase pro ds year wla daw po kc bibigyan ng chance ung mga bagong hire na may mas mababang basic salary. Pde ko po ba ireklamo ito?

Also, isali ko na din po. Kht 1 or 2 days absence nire require po kmi mag submit ng medical certificate from an accredited MEDICARD doctor otherwise hndi i aaprove un SL nmin regardles kung with pay or wala tpos i ta tag kmi as UA at kapag na UA nman kmi wla kmi makukuha na monthly incentive. Legal po ba ito?

giving of salary increase/s is a management prerogative..based on employee/s performance evaluation.

hi, thanks for the reply. I still need to know if there s a legal basis for this, especially dati ko na itong natatanggap at its somehow stipulated in my contract

alam na nmin lht ang ranking nmin at sa ngyaring increase hndi ranking ang pinagbasehan kundi amount ng basic salary.
