manipulation of annual grades

I have a feeling that our supervisor's or manager's have manipulated somehow our annual grades which are the basis of our annual increase. I computed my grade and compared it to the grade on my contract and it's different. I talked to one of my supervisor and I was told that my computation was correct , he got the same result on his own computation using the same standard basis that I used. What he did was he e-mailed it to the higher management and it was decreased. I asked my supervisor what basis the upper management used and he said that he do not know the basis and the formula that they utilized. I went straight to the higher management who made the re-computation and cannot get any where.They are saying that they are busy or their computers are not working. I've been atempting for two weeks and getting no response. What shld I do? pls help.

looks like that's pretty much what you can do internally. there is no legal right to an increase. if you want to escalate further, you can file a complaint at the nlrc, but i do not believe it will necessarily prosper.
