Performance Manipulation

Is it possible to file a POLICE Complaint when your superiors or colleagues or the company is manipulating your performance at work?.

Example your a programmer, the computer your using only use 4 gig ram, and you need a program to do your task which consume around 50-60% and then the company or your supervisor wants you to install a program just to monitor you , a program that ask you what you are doing, (something just to distract you) but this programs consumes a lot of memory 30%+ which causes your computer to freeze up every now and then, which hinders your performance at work

the company or your superior insist that you use that program (the monitoring program) without any logical reasoning, aside from monitoring purposes, you can't resign because of a 2 year contract.. so is it possible to file a Police Complaint or a DOLE Complaint regarding this matter ?

It isn't a police case. I don't know if it can be a labour law case.
What does the contract say?

Do you get pay by how much you do or per time?
If by time, you can just work on until they complain and THEY can want you get out of the contract Or perhaps they will finaly understand they need to solve the memory problem...

Make so you have DOCUMENTATION as for instance emails showing you have informed them about the memory problem, which they haven't solved, even made worse...

You have NO cause of action for a police and/or DOLE intervention. You CANNOT file anything.
