I once asked advice here about 13th month.
We actually filed a case already, but the company's lawyer is trying to drag the case.
They said they are serious about having a settlement, there were even talks of redundancy.
Now, they again are saying that they have no obligation BUT they are willing to give a certain amount (not equal to what we are asking for) as FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
What I want to ask is can we ask help from the BIR regarding our ITR? When they give our ITRs, you can see there that there is an amount that they put for a 13th month, which they never really give us. Would that help our case?
