So I work at a club and our salary is basically considered TF(talent fee). we also get service charge. This habit started last year when salaries were 10-25 days late. Now its happening again. Last May 30, we ddnt have our pay fr 2weeks and nw for june 15, they said they're not sure about when they're gng to give it. It's also been months since we last got our service charge. is this already considered illegal? what should I do?

you can file a complaint at the nearest dole office. anonymous complaints are allowed.
