Can I ask if the employers are legally allowed to decrease the salaries of their employees? i have read in the labor code the "non- diminution of benefits" which applies to the benefits received on top of the salary. I was not able to read any provision for or against decrease in salaries, does this mean it is legal? if it is legal what is/ are the grounds that the employers may do so? Thank you
