If proven po ng current employer ko that I have not declared my previous employers no matter anu ung reason ko sa non disclosure, is there a way po ba para ndi ako materminate?
I know po na madaming gumagawa ng ndi pag declare sa mga previous work lalo na sa mga call center agent, may way po ba para maka ligtas dito?
ang violation ko daw is:
1. Breach of company code and ethics - honesty and integrity
2. The Philippine labor code, Art. 282 par. (c)
3. Pre-employment check policy
