I have administrations hearing with HR manager and supervisor. During the hearing the HR manager quoted a word on me as follows: 1. Kaya ka nabubutasan ng record mo kasi reklamador ka masyado, 2. Bago ka reklamo ng reklamo linisin mo muna bakuran mo. Is this actions can be considered as uttering profane words on me?
