I would like to know if there is such a law against profanity. The profanity I'm talking about is not in the form of name calling or using vulgar words. It's more like cursing a person or entity. Some examples would be:

  • wishing for a misfortune to happen to them
  • wishing for a terminal illness to befall to them
  • wishing for a financial turmoil to occur a hundred folds not only to their current generation but also up to their third degree of affinity and consanguinity

And how about if these profanities were sent through a letter as a form of venting off an anger or frustration? If there's such a law against it, can the letter be used as an evidence against the sender should a case be filed?

Please advise. Thanks.
