hi.. i just want to seek an advice from the experts.. my sister was humiliated in social media by saying words that could degrade her. actually not just her but it was posted on her facebook account.. and that person also provoked a fight.. she is one of our relatives and we just wanted to file against her.. we had saved all the conversations they had on my sister's public profile...what should be the best action for this? hindi rin kasi nagpatalo kapatid ko sa conversation...

In my opinion, libel will be the nearest case to be filed against your relative.
