Good Day!
This is my second post,coz I can't find my 1st post.
My grandmother's mother died since she
was a kid and her father decided to marry other woman and they had 2 children.A few years ago her father died and all the properties left are being sold by her stepmother and stepbrothers little by little without concerning my grandma and her sister (actually they are legal 3 siblings unfortunately the other 1 passed away a months ago).They dont know if there's last will done by their father because her stepmom & stepbrother dont want to communicate w/ them only the neighbors informed my lola..
We don't have any idea where the titles of the properties are.
Please give me advise on this matter..
*What are the legal action can we do??
*Do the second family has the rigth to take all the properties??
*What are the grounds/charges can my lola filed againts his stepmother??
