hi i am here for legal advice for our situation right now. here is the story... may nabili father ko na lupa before sila nagpakasal ng mother ko at nagtayo sila ng bahay dito na currently our house. kaso nagkaron ng mistress tatay ko at nagkaron sila ng 2 illegitimate children. matatawag ba na conjugal property ang bahay at lupa kahit sa tatay ko lang nakapangalan ang properties? at may karapatan ba dito ang mga illegitimate children?

i need answer so badly. i hope someone can help me.

hope someone could really help us coz as a legal daughter, i together w/ my mother and siblings are really facing a big threat. after so many years of pain and sufferings of having illegitimate siblings and mistresses,we think that we can't still handle this kind of possible threat.
