Hi Attorney..

I just to ask if my marriage is valid if before the marriage we don't secure marriage licensed. Also, on our marriage contract, it is indicating there that we got married at Bulacan instead of QC.

On our marriage contract, indicating there that we are under Art.34, which means, we are lving together for almost five years which is not true.

it appears to be void, but it will always be presumed to be valid unless one of you files a petition to have it declared void.
