Good day!

I would like to ask where to file a complaint against a hoa who is not registered with hlurb?

Our regional hlurb office stated that it is not under their jurisdiction because they(hoa) are not registered with them. So they cannot help me out with my issues against our hoa. Is this true?

Which means I need to get a lawyer by myself and file a complaint against the said hoa?

Please advise. Already in great stress dealing everyday with our hoa.

Any inputs are much appreciated.
