Goodday!!!MEron po kc akung gustong bilhin na lot kaso unregistered sya tax declaration lamang ang hawak ng may-ari na nakapangalan sa tatay nya na matagal ng patay. Meron syang waiver dokumento permado ng mga kapatid nya na inaatasang magbenta...Ang tanung po kung sakaling gusto kung bilhin anu pong kailangan kung hilingin sa kanila as evidence/prove?. Pwde ko bang matransfer at matitulohan kung sakali..
