Hello every one,may I ask what would be the requirements to marry a foreigner from Netherlands. I have a boyfriend,and he will be coming here this following mo.If we will get marry to a Judge,pwede po ba na walang parents,we are already above 21 yrs of age,and do we still have to secure marriage license?thankyou.Hope to hear from u.
