Greetings! Here's my story: My wife has a daughter from another man... and my wife, the man and the kid are all living together at her parents house. Me and my wife have not been living together for over a year now and their daughter is less than a year old. I want to re-marry and i want our marriage voided. what is the best thing to do for me to re-marry? My wife and I are still communicating because we have a 7 yr old daughter as well.. The adulterers wants to get married too. Please help! Thank you so so much to those who can give me advice here.

what is important is that there is a ground for annulment which can be proven in court. search 'grounds for annulment' in the forum.
