Arresto Menor

hello everyone!

i just want to seek an advice from a legal expert.

ganito po kasi yung situation, mag-end of contract po ako sa April 8 but then nung wednesday around 2 pm kinusap ako ng supervisor ko ni-recommend nya ako sa probationary status pero wala pang contract so she asked me to sign na lang some paper para atleast continuous yung work ko habang wala pa yung contract ko, pero dun sa paper na yon walang definite time kung hanggang kelan ako floating employee, at kulang yung time nila na ibinigay a akin para makapag-isip kasi kaylangan na daw ipasa sa management.

so now i hve signed it pero nagdadalawang isip lang ako sa mga conequences like, ngayong floating yung status ko wala pa rin akong benefits at wala ring bayad yung 13th month ko for my floating status at walang mandatory contributions sa mga institutions.

tanong ko lang po if pwede pa me mag-back-out? is that paper considered a legal contract? kasi wala rin namang date kung hanggang kelan ko i-rerender yung service ko on that paper. yug legal contract ko from them ay up until April 8 lang. pwede ba nila ako kasuhan ng breach of contract if mgback-out ako??

hope to hear an advice from the people here!!
