good morning atty.

I was abandoned by my husband for 11 years . we (with my children) do not know where he is until now. he did not communicate with us. i do not have any news about his whereabout. Even his sisters and brothers and also relatives around do not where he is. May i ask please if it is immoral if i have a close male friend in our institution. i was 15 years in my present institution with very satisfactory and excellent evaluation from my job, but then the institution did not give me the black and white document for my regularization because of the alleged relationship with this male person. It was during my first year in this institution that i used to consult , talk and always with him as he is the only person whom i trusted before being new to the institution as he was the one who motivated me to work here as the salary offered is better than my previous institution. but at present i seldom talk to him and even with him as i have already some friends which i trusted too, although he is still a friend to me. May i ask your legal advice if if it is immoral or illegal to be close to a male person when i do not have a husband for 11 years? Does the institution have the right to hold the black and white document for my regularization because of tsismis ?

Please i need your legal advice ...

Dont mix it all up.
Regarding your employment status, any of the following is all you will need:
Your pay slips or proof of salary.
Certificate of contribution from SSS, HDMF or GSIS
Income tax return (BIR)
Valid Company ID.
Sa ngayon, ipunin mo yang mga yan. wag ka magingay o magkuwento sa mga katrabaho mo as in wag. at habang ginagawa mo yan,
Wag mo intindihin yung chismis, magtrabaho kalang ng maayos at tama.

The only time (in my opinion) that a company may use that kind of "violation or provision" against an employee ay kapag may kaso ka sa korte na patungkol doon. Or nahuli ka or reported na having sex or PDA sa work.
