Hi Good Day,

I am asking regarding my situation.

According to our contract that I have an option not to pay the bond when I resign if there is a "justifiable" reason.

I will resign after my assignment since my husband is a direct engineer here in Singapore. And since we do not want to be apart, we need to stay together regardless if I stay with the company or not.

Can this be a justifiable reason for me not to pay the bond anymore?

Thank you very much!
God bless
