Ask ko lng po... I am on LOA since November 3, 2013... pero since Oct 25 pa ako absent sa company namin.. but on SL.. i had surgery with regards po sa endometriosis, a gynocological term (ewan). I had an operation last Nov.5, 2013... Removed were my right ovary ang fallopian tube coz i have cyst there... I have a med cert indicating i need to rest from Oct 25, 2013 - Dec. 31, 2013... Days before my operation including days of rest.. Now i thought i can go back to work and i wanted na sumahod na on Dec 15 kase magpapasko nga, so i asked my doctor to give me a fit to work dated Dec 9, 2013.. When i got to work nde tinanggap ng boss ko ung med cert saying na sagarin ko na ung leave ko hanggang Dec.31 kase sabi niya he was informed by our HR na meron daw Special Leave for Women kng saan pasok ako dhil sa nangyare saken... It's a leave for 60 days with pay for women who had gyne issues... and totoo pasok nga ako for what happened to me... so hiningan nila ako ng med docs for that and i provided it to them... tawag nlng daw ako kng kelan papasok ung pay ko for that... Now this is what happened, dhil wala pang update kase ung hr n nagsabe saken na ipasa ung med docs ko ay wala pa and is on VL, i tried researching online about the said leave.. Nabasa ko na dapat 6 months kna sa company eh 3 months p lng ako... eh gs2 ko ng pumasok kase nga hnahabol kong makasahod ng khit 5 days para sa pasko, malaking bagay n ren un... Is it gonna be a disgretion n ng company or susundin nila ung policy na un?.. kase kng nde ako pasok bkit pa hningi ung med docs ko?.. nde kaya nila nkita ung policy?.. kase dapat tlga pumapasok na ako... or merong updated law about it n khit cguro 3 months pede na... Kase ganun ung sa sick leave ng sss eh... Ewan ko magulo... Sana lng pasok tlga ako kase though i feel ok na ung surgery ko nde pa ganun kagaling at iniisip ko p ren ung hirap sa byahe with my condition...
