If a minor runs away from home and a friend holds her, what case can be filed to the friend?

if she induced the minor to leave her home, then that is a crime.

what do you mean holds? she is preventing her from leaving? that is serious illegal detention.

IMO, no crime if she is just allowing her to stay and refusing to kick her out.
