CAse logic, irregardless , mag increase kayo ng salary, ang point dito ang alleged inefficiency ng isang employee. There are several attitudes ng isang tao. At di iisa lang ang approach. Kaya sinasabi natin or ginaamit ang word na "flexible". Lalo na sa mga HR personel. Kasi iba't ibang ugali ang kaharap mo. May i ask, ano ba nagawa ng HR department ninyo dito ? Ipapasa nalang ba ? What planning ang ginawa ng bisor dito. Aantayin na lang ba hanggang magkadedmahan ? or magkademandahan? or sa inis ng empleyado, sumuko at umalis na lang. Walng angat ang isang kumpanya pag ganito. Di minamahal gaano ng empleyado ang trabaho. Working for salary lang. Mas maganda if working for salary and personal growth di ba..?

ISa sa natutunan ko, ang HR personel/ manager oversees each employees progress. Ang isang side ng coin, if me nagawang mali ba ang isang empleyado, tama ba ang proseso ng pagbibigay ng sanctions ? Kaya me mga company lawyers. If you will notice, naka piring ang mata ni lady justice. Not the other way around. Kasi sila ang mas nakakaalam sa batas. Everybody s entitle to their opinion, but may nakasaad na batas ag NLRC.

Ayaw natin umabot dito di ba ? Pero if sabi ko nga, mali ang interpretation natin, me isang sangy ang goberyerno na titingin dito. Kahit sino puwede magkamali, EVEN LAWYERS ..

Tama si Pedro parkero..may lawyer kyo pero bakit nagtatanong kpa ng procedures?
Meaning lawyer nyo ang inefficient.

Sometimes its difficult to prove na inefficient yung tao, in many cases ppabor ang labor court sa employees. Madming hehengeng proof sa inyo.
Sometimes yung mga superiors namemersonal na rin kaya ganyan nangyayari.

TAMA, din si Inabusongmedrep..kung ayaw mo makialam mga members wag kna magpost dito.

I suggest sa moderators dito na I BLOCK kana.

Unprofessional approach mo.

Caselogic:

Answering back to supervisor is not insubordination, it is disrespect against authority. Insubordination is disobeying reasonable orders from a superior.

For Inefficiency, let him first sign a job description/ functions then give him evaluations pointing out his lapse. Having a signed job description is a strong evidence that he was made to understand what is his functions and having him terminated for inefficiency is not a so-so reason.
