No prohibition to that effect.

The only restriction to be avoided is the building up of Lawyer-client relationship in one law office and a seemingly conflict of interest in building up of another Lawyer-client relationship in another law office, having THESE clients in an adverse position in case of litigation. Meaning, you cannot represent your client being the complainant and at the same time being the respondent.
