Inquiry on moonlighting while on floating status

Good day everyone!

Can I inquire if this situation means that I'm moonlighting?

I'm currently connected to a BPO company, that I love so much. I'm in a supervisory position and I do not want to leave but unfortunately I'm placed in a temporary floating status, because my program closed. I'm only paid for 1 week it's been 3 weeks now and I need to earn temporarily somehow to put food on the table.

I was thinking of taking a temporary job in another BPO company with the same position but will most likely leave if my current company can find another place for me.

Is this moonlighting?
