Good PM po ask po me assistance. I am currently working in BPO company but not a call center. My training started last August 2012. supposedly one month lang, tapos sabi nila extended daw training period ko ng one month. nung last week of december tinanong ko if ano na status ko, sabi nila floating daw ako, wala pa akong pinipirmahang kontrata. nag wowork parin ako sa company yun nga lang wala akong assurance until when kasi nga floating status ko. Ano po ba dapat kong gawin?

automatic po ba yun? kasi sa iba kong kasama, meron pang 6 months probi after one month training. ibig po bang sabihin counted na ako now na probi sa law? kasi po tuloy tuloy work ko. pwede ba nila akong tanggalin sa work.

so are you still training or were you already on the floor? if so, and there was no probi contract, you were automatically a regular employee

Nsa floor na po ako. Pagtinatanong ko sila about my contract, ang sinasabi nila is, floating daw ako kaya wala pang contract. pwede po ba nila akong tanggalin agad? Thanks po.
