please enlighten me with this one,
When you are on a floating status , you cannot apply to another company , is this correct ?
Redundancy pay will be given after floating status ?
If you cannot apply with other companies, is it okay to work part time jobs ?

1. No prohibition on applying - but in general, once you are accepted elsewhere, you should file an immediate resignation, and they should accept it.
