my husband and i are working here in switzerland then meron sya mistress.harap harapan ang pambabae nya..every night kcaht nya and weekends dun sya nag stay sa bahay nila ng kabit nya..this march sabay kami uuwi sa pilipinas dahil college graduation ng eldest nmin and i told him dn sya pede mag stay sa bahay nmin dahil gusto kong matahimik dahil sya nmn ang nagsb n wl na kami pakialamanan...iniinsist nya me karapatan sya sa bahay n yun dahil conjugal and i told him d nmn rights and pinag uusapan d2 kundi DELICADEZA..pero pinipilit nya ang gusto nya..

1. pede ko po ba syang pigilan n mag stay sa bahay nmin dahil me 5 yr old son kami na gusto kong protektahan n bk makita lng ang pag aaway nmin..

2.ano ang dapat kong gawin para maseguro kong sa mga anak ko lng mapupunta mga naipundar nmin properties at wala ampunta sa anak nya sa labas dahil ako nmn tlg ang kumayod ng husto d2 sa abroad?

3.gusto ko rin pong magfile ng legal separation.matagal at magstos po ba yun?

Mga kasagutan ko:
1. Puede. File VAWC case and secure a protection order.
2. File a legal separation. The guilty spouse will forfeit his share in the ACP.
3. Depende sa abogado mo at sa schedule ng korte.

hello attyLLL, i talked to my husband kung pipirma sya sa deed of donation for my children's interest and he is willing to cooperate my questions are1) possible n po ba mainclude yung anak nmin n 5 yrs old as donee? kung di po matapos ang processing pede po ba yung daughter nmin n 20 yrs old ang magtuloy sa processing? ano po ba ang mga steps n dapat nmin gawin pr sa pagproprocess ng deed of donation? thank you and god bless...

yes, the child can be a donee, but shouldn't it be to both (or all) your children?

anyone can process it after you leave.
