infidelity?

hello. nagkahiwalay po ang mother and father ko. halo halong reasons, pagtatalo and later on pinipilit ni mama na may mistress si papa. almost 2 years na silang hiwalay. consult ko po sana kung pwede po makasuhan yung father ko and his mistress kahit po 2 years na clang hiwalay? kung hindi man yung mistress ang dahilan, o sabihin nating nakadagdag cya, pwede b namin cla kasuhan? nagagree naman sila mama and papa na maghiwalay na lng. umayaw na si mama mismo. pero di naman din tumigil si mama ng threat sa mistress and kay papa. ano po yung possibilities na ipapanalo namin yung case? evidence lng po namin is pictures and emails pero nagdoubt na po ako ilaban kasi baka not enough evidence. di din po very obvious ang kanilang pics and chat. hoping for ur advise. salamat po.

add ko lng po. maari din ba namin cla kasuhan kung nagsama na cla ng mistress nya, i mean in one house? kahit hiwalay na cla ni mama?

what you need to prove is that they lived together. normally, the best witness is a kasambahay or a neighbor

paano po if they still deny it.. or will the court believe the neighbors without proof?. baka kasi sabihin, proof pa aside from being a witness..
